I don't know why I have some much trouble with such a simple task, but here it goes.
Netras configured to boot off the disk and if it fails tries to boot from the net. This works fine for net booting netra into Solaris installer, but after install is done you must reset it to boot from disk. There is an option during installer to modify eeprom
